About
Commercial real estate and business brokerage, grounded in Washington and connected nationwide.
Who you are working with
I am Seung Park, a licensed Washington real estate broker based in Bellevue and serving commercial property investors and business owners. My focus includes gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores, hotels, strip malls, and multifamily buildings.
My Washington practice is supported by nationwide connections. For transactions in other states, we clarify the scope of service and coordinate with local brokers as appropriate.
My finance and accounting background helps connect business performance, property income, lease obligations, and financing needs.
How I work
Say what is not known
Ranges, “it depends,” and “we would need to check” are more useful than confident numbers that turn out wrong.
Teach before converting
You should understand the tradeoff before you are asked to decide anything. That is what the guides and columns are for.
Keep the roles separate
Brokerage work, accounting work, legal work, and lender work are separate functions under separate engagements. I will tell you which is which.
No pressure, no theater
No countdown tactics, no invented urgency, and no claims about volume or rankings. The work speaks or it does not.
The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Tell me what you are considering. If it is not the right move, that is a useful answer too.
